Printing: This program is in a matt finish on thick paper. The inner pages are filled with DJ, BP Fallon's Q&A with the band members and lots of great photo's of the band in some times vulnerable settings.
Cost: This another ebay purchase, picked up on a Buy It Now for $35USD. This seems a fair price as it is listed frequently for $50 or $60USD, although they seldom seem to sell at that price.
