Tour Legs: The first leg of the Elevation tour took U2 through 50 concerts in North America (4 shows were in Canada). The first leg started on 24 Mar 2001 and ran till 22 Jun 2001.
Dates covered in program: This is an odd one, as on this tour, the programs did not list any concert dates. There are lots of longitude and latitude locations listed throughout the program, and while some are close to cities where concerts were played at during the complete tour, some of the locations are from parts of world never played at by U2.

Printing: Printed on nice, crisp glossy paper. There is also 2 pages of stickers
Cost: Picked this one up on ebay for $40USD, which seems a fair price as is usually listed for $50USD, but mostly they don't sell at that price.
